Terms, Disclaimer & Privacy
Short version: we are students, this is not official college material, and your data is safe with us. Long version below.
Who we are
Padhlo is an independent, student-run project. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any college or university. The site is built for BBA students, but that does not mean any institution runs or approves it.
About the content
PPTs, short notes and videos on Padhlo are written and organised to match the general BBA syllabus followed across Indian colleges, not a reproduction of any single college's official, copyrighted study material. Content is created or compiled by students, for students.
If you believe something on Padhlo infringes your copyright or should not be here, message us on Instagram with details and we will review and remove it promptly.
No guarantee of results
Notes, PPTs and videos are study aids, not a promise of marks, passing, or any exam outcome. Please use them alongside your own classes and effort — that part is still on you.
Payments, trials and refunds
Where paid access applies (currently handled manually via Instagram DM), pricing and trial duration are shown at the time of purchase. Because access is granted manually and promptly after payment, we do not offer refunds once access has been activated, except where required by law or in case of a genuine error on our part — message us and we will sort it out fairly.
Fair use, please
Content on Padhlo is for the personal use of the student who accesses it. Please do not re-upload, resell, or mass-share paid material — it is made by students working hard, for the benefit of other students, and sharing it around defeats that.
Privacy — what we store
If you sign in with Google, we store your name, email and profile photo to create your profile and remember you on return visits. We do not sell this information. It is used only to run Padhlo (recognising you, and letting us help you faster if you reach out).
